AORS Attendance is to be limited to: 

     a. U.S. military personnel.

     b. U.S. government civilian personnel.

     c. Contractor personnel – with government sponsorship.

     d. Foreign Nationals – with U.S. Army analytical community sponsorship.

The following form must be completed and submitted to the AORS E-mail

Foreign nationals approved for attendance must ensure an official Request for Visit Authorization is submitted through their respective country’s embassy at least 30 days prior to the symposium.



All AORS activities will be in UNCLASSIFIED environments.

Please DO NOT submit classified abstracts or presentations. Do not plan to present or discuss classified information. All presentations and discussions are to be kept at the unclassified level and must be releasable to general and international audiences. Any results of field operations and equipment evaluations are not to be presented or discussed. Despite the fact that all presentations will be unclassified, all potential presenters and attendees are asked to be mindful of Operations Security (OPSEC) as they prepare and submit AORS related documents.

There is no requirement for attendees to submit security clearances.
