AORS Registration

FOR PUBLIC RELEASE

All presentations at AORS must be Approved For Public Release. We ask that all potential presenters and attendees be mindful of Operations Security (OPSEC), in preparing and submitting AORS related documents and during the event. Submit only abstracts and presentations Approved For Public Release. Any results of field operations and equipment evaluations are not to be presented or discussed.

All abstracts and accompanied presentations must be submitted by the submission forms provided on the AORS website. For foreign personnel, the submission forms must be completed by an authorized Foreign Disclosure Officer or Public Affairs Officer, as required by the home nation.

Participation

The Army Operations Research Symposium is open to all U.S. Government employees and contractors, and to approved foreign personnel from U.S. allied, NATO, and other partner nations. The 62nd AORS will be an in-person event. Please see the “Registration for AORS” section for more information.

Attendance to AORS is limited to:
U.S. military personnel
U.S. government civilian personnel
Contractors – with government sponsorship
* Foreign Nationals – with U.S. Army analytical community sponsorship

* Foreign nationals will be required to submit a Request for Visit Authorization/Foreign Visit Request through their embassy, a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.
